Factory event timeline
A visual trace of orders, machine states, operator checkpoints, delays, and completion events across one production workflow.
This section will hold small, concrete demonstrations: enough to make the research visible without pretending a full product exists before the underlying method is ready.
A visual trace of orders, machine states, operator checkpoints, delays, and completion events across one production workflow.
A widget that shows how adding or removing checkpoints changes what can be reconstructed about the state of production.
A small demo for missing observations, delayed events, and probabilistic state estimation under imperfect factory data.
A graph view of jobs, resources, materials, constraints, and uncertainty that can later connect to belief propagation demos.
Build order
The first demos should explain observability and state reconstruction. More advanced demos, such as world models or industrial agents, should come only after the data and process layer is clear enough to support them.
Each demo should be small enough to understand in one sitting and serious enough to map back to a real factory workflow.
